LPE88 Terms and Conditions – A Complete Guide for Malaysia Members

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and LPE88 ("Company", "we", "Platform"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the website, mobile app, services, and all content provided by LPE88.

Continued use of the LPE88 platform after any changes to these Terms are published will be deemed as your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest terms applicable to your use.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use LPE88 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• An individual with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

• Registering an account solely on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one account only at LPE88. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — even using different information — are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.

3 Member Account

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. lpe88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account information.

• All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and truthful.
• You must notify lpe88 immediately if there is any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account.
• Lpe88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time as part of the ongoing KYC process.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to administrative fees or closure at lpe88's discretion.
• Transferring, selling, or assigning an account to another party is strictly prohibited.

LPE88 uses a two-factor authentication (2FA) system that members can activate for added security. We encourage all members to enable this feature to better protect their accounts.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

LPE88 offers a variety of secure and reliable payment methods for the convenience of Malaysia members, including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and online bank transfers. All financial transactions are subject to the following terms:

1. All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the member's own name. LPE88 does not accept payments from third parties.
2. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set according to the chosen payment method and member account level. The latest limit information is available in the Finance section of your account.
3. Withdrawal requests will be processed within 15 to 30 minutes upon approval, subject to the completion of any required verification.
4. Lpe88 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding the set limits.
5. All winnings earned through the use of bonuses are subject to the wagering requirement stated in the relevant promotion terms before withdrawal is permitted.
6. LPE88 is not responsible for any withdrawal delays caused by factors beyond our control, including third-party technical failures or public holidays.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

LPE88 offers a wide range of attractive bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following terms, which must be fully complied with:

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement that must be met before any withdrawal from the bonus balance is permitted.

7 Member Conduct

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any tools designed to exploit the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Communicating with other members or lpe88 staff in a rude, threatening, abusive, or extortionate manner.
• Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt the systems, servers, or networks of LPE88.
• Conducting any money laundering or illegal financial activities through the LPE88 platform.
• Sharing your account login credentials with others or allowing another party to use your account.
• Spreading false, misleading, or defamatory information about LPE88 or its users.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in a formal warning, temporary suspension, or permanent account closure depending on the severity of the breach, at the sole discretion of LPE88.

8 Personal Data Protection

10 Account Termination

Whether by the member or by LPE88, accounts may be terminated under the following conditions:

• By Members: You may request account closure at any time by contacting the lpe88 support team. All valid fund balances will be returned to the original payment method within seven business days after identity verification.
• By LPE88: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach any of these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or when required by applicable law or relevant authorities.
• Balance Upon Termination: If an account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, LPE88 reserves the right to forfeit all remaining funds, including cash, bonuses, and pending withdrawals.

11 Terms Amendment

Lpe88 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time at our absolute discretion. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the official lpe88 website.

For material or significant amendments, lpe88 will endeavor to provide reasonable notice to members via registered email or in-platform notification at least seven days before the amendment takes effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

12 Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where LPE88 is registered and operates. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms will be resolved through the following process:

1. Direct Resolution: Within 30 days of a dispute arising, both parties will endeavor to resolve it directly through good-faith negotiation.
2. Arbitration: If direct resolution fails, the dispute will be referred to a sole arbitrator jointly appointed by both parties in accordance with agreed international arbitration rules.
3. Final Decision: The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties, and is not subject to appeal in any court.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to applicable law, that provision shall be severed from these Terms while the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
